check points along the way to check if the Rx on the lens
matches what's on your computer record. If the Rx you give us

any of the above goes wrong, we will replace/rework your order
at no extra cost. Return trip postage on us. |

Lens arrived broken
(well, you may classify this as a big problem, but not for us), loose frame, etc., etc? No

any of the above happens, mail back the glasses. For
labor-only services, it's free plus $6 shipping. For
alternations that involve parts, you pay reasonable parts cost
(e.g. $17.5 for a piece of single vision lens, always no labor
charge) plus $6 shipping. |
