What We Promise to Deliver:
No defects
We will do our best to make sure all frames/lens are free of manufacturing and workmanship problem.
Rx is right
We have 4 check points along the way to check if the Rx on the lens matches what's on your computer record. If the Rx you give us is right, the Rx on the lens WILL be right.
If any of the above goes wrong, we will replace/rework your order at no extra cost. Return trip postage on us.
After-Sale Services:
All the little alternations
Want to change shape of your lens, resize your lens, change tint color, etc., etc? No problem.
Small problems
Lens arrived broken (well, you may classify this as a big problem, but not for us), loose frame, etc., etc? No problem.
If any of the above happens, mail back the glasses. For labor-only services, it's free plus $6 shipping. For alternations that involve parts, you pay reasonable parts cost (e.g. $17.5 for a piece of single vision lens, always no labor charge) plus $6 shipping.

The best warranty, however, can't be written on a web page. If everything fails, Kam, a human being, will always provide you with friendly and responsive customer service. You can be sure that you will get a happy answer to every question/problem that you have. That is our biggest service promise.
